We ship practically all over the world. All our shipments are made by Swiss Post. You can choose to have your products sent to you by Priority or Economy Mail.

Prices are automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to weight and country of shipment.

Our prices do only include shipping.

However, there could be additional taxes, duties or postal service fees in your country of destination (e.g. local VAT or customs tax), which are not included in our price. You are responsible for paying any local taxes and fees.

You can pay by credit card with the services of PayPal or on Stripe.

If you need other payment systems you can contact us.

Should you receive the broken parcel and the products have been compromised, or if you have received the simply wrong one, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of the arrival of the products.

Please send us a photo of the status. We take the quality of our shipments seriously.

In case of damage the packages are insured so you will be refunded if the situation permits.
